All orders will ship by weight and ship out of Parsons, KS via USPS. Prices are based off the current (2024) shipping scale through USPS.

You may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

• You contact us within 10 days of receiving the item to report the damage.

How to Request a Refund:

• Attach photos of damage: This will helps us understand the issue and process your request more efficiently.
• Return the Item: If requested, send the damaged goods back to us. We will provide you with a return shipping label if necessary.

Your request will be processed within 7-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Additional information: 

• Refunds will not be granted for reasons other than damage.
• We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the damage is deemed to be a result of misuse or mishandling by the customer.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
